Requires landlords to obtain from tenants within 60 days of entering into or renewing a lease either a copy of the manufactured home's title or an original signed statement from the tenant affirming ownership and describing how the home was obtained.

Landlords may accept title documentation in paper or electronic format and certification is not required.

Takes effect 30 days after enactment and applies to all leases renewed or entered into after the effective date.

Maintains existing requirements that landlords deliver to prospective tenants the proposed rental agreement, community rules and fees, the manufactured housing statute, and an Attorney General summary at time of application.
