Increases the notice period for manufactured housing lot rent increases from 60 days to 90 days prior to the effective date of the increase.

Maintains the restriction that landlords may increase lot rent no more than once during any 12-month period, regardless of tenancy or rental agreement terms.

Aligns § 7021 of Title 25 with § 7043 of Title 25, which was enacted in 2013 and already required 90 days' notice but was not reflected in the original rent increase statute.

Requires written notice of lot rent increases to tenants in manufactured housing communities.
