Expands the definition of "designated caregiver" for minor qualifying patients under Delaware's Medical Marijuana Act to include grandparents, aunts, uncles, and siblings who are over 21 years old, in addition to parents and legal guardians.

Allows a minor qualifying patient to have more than one designated caregiver, enabling families to arrange multiple caregivers for administering medical marijuana oil at school.

Permits designated caregivers who are relatives to possess and administer medical marijuana oil to minor patients on school grounds, school buses, and preschool property within Delaware.

Requires any designated caregiver who is not a parent or legal guardian to carry only the prescribed number of daily doses on their person while at schools.
