Extends the sunset date of the Office of Foreclosure Prevention from two years to eight years after enactment under Chapter 198 of Volume 78.

Extends the sunset date of the Automatic Residential Foreclosure Mediation Program from two years to eight years after its effective date under Chapter 200 of Volume 78.

The Automatic Residential Foreclosure Mediation Program applies only to mortgage foreclosure actions commenced between the effective date (120 days after enactment) and the new eight-year sunset date.

Both programs were originally scheduled to sunset in 2014, with a previous extension to 2018; this bill extends them further to 2026.
