Establishes the Illegal Immigration Task Force to study and make findings and recommendations regarding the impact of illegal immigration on Delaware.

Task Force composition includes 4 legislative members (House Majority and Minority, Senate Majority and Minority), representatives from 9 state departments (Attorney General, Agriculture, Corrections, Education, Health & Social Services, Safety and Homeland Security, Labor, and Finance), plus 2 additional representatives from Safety and Homeland Security with at least one from Delaware Emergency Management Agency.

Designates a representative from the Delaware Department of Finance to serve as chair and directs the Department of Finance to provide staff support.

Task Force must report findings and recommendations to the Delaware General Assembly by January 11, 2018.

Resolution notes that the cost and impact of undocumented immigration on Delaware is unknown and could affect public health, hospitalization, criminal justice, education, taxes, social services, and insurance costs.
