Designates March 22, 2018, as "AKA Day at the Capitol" in Delaware to honor Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Recognizes that Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority was founded on January 15, 1908, at Howard University and is the first Greek-lettered organization established by and for African American college-educated women.

Acknowledges the sorority's 290,000 global members and their record of over 1 million hours of service, particularly in African-American neighborhoods.

Highlights the contributions of five Delaware chapters (Epsilon Iota Omega, Sigma Zeta Omega, Zeta Omega, Delta Lambda, and Tau Omicron) in youth programs, community service, health advocacy, and voter registration drives.

Notes the chapters have provided fifteen consecutive years of advocacy guidance to the Delaware General Assembly on behalf of communities in New Castle and Kent County.
