Designates March 21, 2018 as "Rock Your Socks for World Down Syndrome Day" in Delaware.

Recognizes the 13th anniversary of World Down Syndrome Day and celebrates the contributions of individuals with Down syndrome to Delaware communities.

Acknowledges that approximately 1 in 700 babies (about 6,000 annually) are born with Down syndrome in the United States, with over 400,000 individuals nationwide living with the condition.

Honors the talents, rights, and inclusion of Delawareans with Down syndrome who attend school, work, and participate in community decisions.

Recognizes the Down Syndrome Association of Delaware as an advocacy organization supporting acceptance and equal opportunity for individuals with Down syndrome.
