Designates April as "Nonprofit Impact Month" in Delaware to celebrate and recognize the contributions of nonprofit organizations in the state.

Acknowledges that over 1,000 nonprofits in Delaware employ more than 40,000 people and generate nearly $3 billion in spending in the local economy, making them the third largest employer in the state.

Notes that nonprofits provide critical services including educational programs, workforce development, health and social services, housing support, and mental health services to Delaware communities.

Recognizes that nonprofits faced significant budget challenges, including over $25 million in grant funding reductions and $8.6 million in Grant-in-Aid cuts that resulted in reduced service hours, employee layoffs, and benefit reductions.

Commends the nonprofit sector for its resilience and contributions to enhancing quality of life and building healthy, vibrant communities across Delaware.
