Recognizes the Easterseals/CAI Volleyball Challenge taking place February 24-26, 2017, at William Penn High School as a fundraiser for Easterseals Delaware & Maryland's Eastern Shore.

Acknowledges that since 2001, the Volleyball Challenge has raised more than $4.7 million to fund services for people with disabilities including physical, occupational, and speech therapies.

Honors Journey Parson, a three-year-old from Smyrna who serves as the 2017 Volleyball Ambassador and has benefited from Easterseals services.

Notes that Delaware Democrat and Republican legislative teams have collectively raised over $47,000 during their 11 years of participation, with the Republican team currently leading 7-4 in matches.

Requires both parties to field more Delaware elected officials than non-elected persons on their volleyball teams to maintain the integrity and fairness of the competition.
