Recognizes the Delaware Financial Education Alliance and University of Delaware's Center for Economic Education and Entrepreneurship for sponsoring the program since 1999

Acknowledges the program's twentieth anniversary and its participation by over 8,200 students in 75 schools throughout Delaware in the prior year

Encourages all Delaware citizens to teach their children the importance of saving and sound financial decision-making

Supports third and fourth grade teachers in public, charter, private, and parochial Delaware schools who educate students on financial literacy
