Designates April 25, 2018 as World Wish Day in Delaware to honor the Make-A-Wish organization and its mission to create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.

Recognizes Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Delaware, and Susquehanna Valley chapter has granted over 6,300 wishes since 1986, including 125 wishes to children in New Castle County since 2014.

Commemorates the organization's founding inspired by the 1980 fulfillment of 7-year-old Chris Greicius's wish to be a policeman for a day after his leukemia diagnosis.

Notes the chapter granted a record 331 wishes in fiscal year 2017 and currently maintains 30 active volunteer Wish Granters throughout Delaware.

Acknowledges the Make-A-Wish foundation's growth to 62 chapters nationally and 42 international affiliates across 5 continents.
