Police Unity Tour raises awareness of law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty and funds the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial and Museum.

Event began in 1997 with 18 riders on a four-day bicycle ride from New Jersey to Washington, D.C., and grew to 2,200 riders by 2016.

2016 Police Unity Tour generated $2.3 million in donations, bringing total cumulative donations to $20 million.

Delaware participants ride as Chapter XI out of the Philadelphia area, traveling approximately 260 miles from May 9-12, 2017.

House of Representatives commends the Police Unity Tour - Delaware participants for honoring fallen law enforcement officers.
