Proclaims March 19th as "Delaware Celebrating Women in Public Office Day" in Delaware.

Recognizes the significant contributions of women in politics and calls for support of women in public office during Women's History Month (March).

Honors Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester and Lt. Governor Bethany Hall Long, along with 12 women state legislators including Speaker Pro Tempore Helene M. Keeley and Majority Leader Valerie J. Longhurst.

Encourages Delaware residents to observe March 19th annually with appropriate activities, events, and programs to celebrate women in public service.
