Designates June 2018 as Amateur Radio Month in Delaware to recognize over a century of amateur radio operations and achievements.

Acknowledges amateur radio operators' uncompensated community services provided to emergency response organizations including Delaware State Police, county Emergency Operations Centers, Delaware Emergency Management Agency, and four hospitals.

Recognizes amateur radio operators' contributions to public events such as parades, bike-a-thons, and walk-a-thons, as well as their participation in the Skywarn weather spotting program with the U.S. Weather Bureau.

Notes the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) Amateur Radio Field Day exercise scheduled for June 23-24, 2018, as a 24-hour emergency preparedness demonstration of amateur radio communications capabilities.
