Requires the Family Court of Delaware to report adjudications of delinquency involving physical or sexual assault crimes to the State Bureau of Identification within 90 days of the action.

Defines reportable assault crimes to include reckless endangering, assault (first and second degree), vehicular assault and homicide, strangulation, manslaughter, and criminally negligent homicide.

Defines reportable sexual crimes to include unlawful sexual contact (first and second degree), promoting suicide, and murder charges (second and first degree, including by abuse or neglect).

Aligns Family Court reporting requirements with the definition of assault and sexual offenses used in Title 31, Section 309 of Delaware Code for child-serving entity background checks.
