Adds Department of Transportation employees assigned to work on interstate, expressway, arterial, or collector roads to the list of employees eligible for hazardous duty pay under 23 C.F.R. § 470.105(b).

Maintains existing hazardous duty pay eligibility for Department of Correction employees, Delaware Psychiatric Center employees assigned to programs for the criminally insane, and Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families employees in Youth Rehabilitative Services facilities.

Extends hazardous duty pay eligibility to casual seasonal employees performing the same job duties as eligible employees, with monthly pay supplements prorated based on actual hours worked.

Makes technical corrections to Delaware Code § 5916 to conform language to Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual standards.

Takes effect July 1, 2018 if enacted before that date, or immediately if enacted on or after July 1, 2018.
