Eliminates the prohibition against hunting deer on Sundays during deer hunting seasons established by the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control

Allows Sunday deer hunting on private lands at the landowner's discretion

Authorizes government agencies to designate specific public lands where Sunday deer hunting is permitted, with required public comment periods before making such designations

Permits harvesting of deer on Sundays through DNREC's deer depredation programs

Maintains existing exceptions to Sunday hunting prohibitions, including trapping, dog training, hunting red foxes with dogs, and commercial game preserve operations
