Allows surviving spouses of "covered persons" (as defined in Title 18, § 6601, typically first responders) to continue receiving workers' compensation death benefits even after remarrying, when benefits are paid from the State of Delaware General Fund

Reduces benefits for remarried surviving spouses to 90% of the original amount for the first 10 years after remarriage, then to 75% of the original amount thereafter until death

Under current law, a surviving spouse's death benefits cease upon remarriage, with only a one-time lump sum payment of 2 years' indemnity benefits

Amends § 2330 of Title 19 to create a new exception to the remarriage termination rule specifically for spouses of covered persons whose benefits come from state funds
