Increases civil penalties for violations of § 3503 (Workplace Fraud Act) from $1,000-$5,000 to $5,000-$20,000 for each violation, with each improperly classified employee counted as a separate violation.

Increases civil penalties for wrongful discharge or discrimination against employees who report violations or participate in proceedings from $5,000-$10,000 to $20,000-$50,000 per violation.

Directs all civil penalties and revenue collected under the chapter to be retained by the Department of Labor for enforcement purposes instead of being paid to the State General Fund.
