Amends § 9204 of Title 29 of the Delaware Code to require applicants submitting projects for pre-application review to include any existing archaeological reports or surveys concerning the property in their possession.

Requires applicants to submit any proposals to conduct archaeological reports or surveys of the property that were prepared for or at the request of the applicant.

Permits applicants to redact cost or pricing data included with archaeological survey proposals.

Enables the Department of State to better fulfill its statutory duty to protect and preserve archaeological resources on privately owned lands in Delaware.
