• Increases Board member compensation from $50 per meeting (max $500/year) to $100 per meeting (max $1,500/year) and adds reimbursement for all meeting-related expenses according to Division policy.

• Authorizes the Board to use non-Board member licensed medical professionals as co-investigators in disciplinary cases when specialized expertise is needed in the subject matter at issue.

• Creates an "administrative medicine license" for physicians meeting all licensure qualifications except active practice requirements, prohibiting licensees from providing medical or clinical services to patients.

• Simplifies disciplinary hearing procedures by replacing detailed statutory language with reference to the Administrative Procedures Act and removes the formal 1733-1734 complaint and hearing framework.

• Standardizes procedures across five advisory councils (Physician Assistants, Respiratory Care, Acupuncture, Genetic Counselors, Polysomnography) regarding term limits, temporary licensing authority, suspension procedures, and meeting requirements.

• Adds duty for licensed practitioners to report conduct constituting grounds for discipline or inability to practice by other healthcare providers within 30 days of becoming aware of such information.
