Corrects federal statute citations in Title 19 unemployment compensation provisions, replacing incorrect references to 26 U.S.C. § 5402 and 42 U.S.C. § 303 with correct citations to 26 U.S.C. § 6402 and 42 U.S.C. § 503.

Updates terminology throughout Title 18, 24, 29, and 31 to reflect organizational changes, including changing "chapter" to "subchapter," correcting section references, and updating references to the Division of Child Support Services following agency name changes.
