Establishes new requirements for provisional licensure of school nurses, requiring a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a regionally accredited institution, current registered nurse license, and CPR/AED certification.

Requires school nurses to complete 90 clock hours of Department-approved training within 24 months of hire covering school nursing, health education, testing and screening, counseling and guidance, and introduction to exceptional children.

Mandates school nurses have a minimum of 3 years of supervised clinical nursing experience and a passing score on the NCLEX exam before receiving provisional or initial licensure.

Updates initial licensure requirements for school nurses in § 1210A to align with the new provisional licensure standards in § 1210.

Removes previous requirement from § 1210A that allowed school nurses to obtain initial licensure while deferring passage of a general knowledge examination for up to one year after hire.
