Restricts shellfish species cultured in Little Assawoman Bay to hard clams only, eliminating oyster aquaculture in that bay.

Maintains existing 5% limit on shellfish aquaculture leasing in Rehoboth Bay and Indian River Bay as a percentage of their respective total subaqueous lands.
