Designates February 6, 2017 as "Ronald Reagan Day" in Delaware to commemorate the 106th anniversary of Reagan's birth and the 13th anniversary of his death.

Acknowledges Ronald Reagan's service as the 40th President of the United States for two terms, including his 49-state landslide victory in his second election campaign.

Recognizes Reagan's bipartisan approach to governance, economic expansion policies, social initiatives addressing crime and drug use, and strengthening of the armed forces.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be provided to Nancy Reagan, Ronald Reagan's spouse.

Urges all Delaware citizens to recognize and participate in the observance of Ronald Reagan Day.
