Recognizes Wesley College as Delaware's oldest private college with nearly 150 years of service to the state.

Notes that Wesley College awards approximately $42 million in financial aid and scholarships annually to students from 21 states and 5 countries.

Acknowledges the college's offerings of 30 bachelor's degrees, 4 associate's degrees, and master's degrees in nursing, education, business administration, and environmental science.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Robert E. Clark II, President of Wesley College.
