Creates the Delaware Youth Drug Prevention Curriculum Task Force to examine available drug prevention programs and recommend educational strategies for youth regarding drug, alcohol, and tobacco use.

Task Force comprises 14 members including 2 state senators, 2 state representatives, secretary-level officials from education and health departments, the State Board of Education president, university director, Boys & Girls Clubs executive director, school administrators president, and 3 public members with heroin/opioid expertise appointed by the Governor.

Co-Chairs appointed from legislative members are responsible for scheduling the initial meeting by September 4, 2018, notifying members, distributing notices and agendas, and maintaining records.

Task Force must submit a final report to the General Assembly and Governor by December 31, 2018, detailing findings and recommendations on drug prevention curriculum.

Legislative staff and materials must be provided to support the Task Force's work.
