Celebrates the university's commitment to education with 149 Bachelor's programs, 132 Master's programs, and 62 Doctoral programs, serving 8,890 Delaware residents and conferring 2,672 degrees to Delawareans in 2017-18.

Commends the university's pioneering study abroad programs (over 100 in 40+ countries) and community service, with students contributing approximately 350,000 volunteer hours annually and working with over 320 Delaware organizations.

Recognizes notable alumni including Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr., Nobel laureate Daniel Nathans, and Olympic gold medalist Elena Delle Donne, and thanks the university for providing workforce development and economic benefits to Delaware.
