Amends § 1072 of Title 14 to change mandatory language from "shall" to "must" regarding school election poll hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Amends § 1907 of Title 14 to change poll opening time from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. for elections under § 1903, with closing time remaining at 8:00 p.m., and updates "shall" to "must" for consistency.

Amends § 2122(c) of Title 14 to standardize poll hours at 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and changes "shall" to "must" for school bond issue elections and referenda.

Makes technical corrections to align § 1907 with changes made by House Bill No. 363 of the 149th General Assembly, which previously changed school election opening times to 7:00 a.m. but did not update this section.

Updates statutory language to conform to Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual standards by replacing "shall" with "must" throughout affected sections.
