Requires paid elected or appointed officials of Delaware state, county, or political subdivision entities who are also employed by state agencies, education entities, or other state institutions to disclose this dual employment to the Public Integrity Commission within 15 days of commencing dual compensation.

Disclosure must include information necessary for the Public Integrity Commission to determine whether sufficient measures are in place to prevent dual compensation for coincident hours of work.

Permits the Public Integrity Commission to request an audit by the State Auditor for any person suspected of receiving dual compensation for overlapping work hours.

Requires any person found to have received dual compensation for coincident hours to have this information reported to their employers for corrective action under applicable policies and regulations.

Becomes effective 12 months after enactment into law.
