Authorizes the Executive Director of the Delaware Commission of Veterans' Affairs to use the designation "Delaware Office of Veterans' Services" when promoting and performing the work of the Commission.

Requires all Commission employees, including the Executive Director, to be veterans as defined in Delaware Code § 8720(b).

Executive Director and staff report to the Secretary of State on administrative matters and to the Commission on substantive matters.

Removes outdated language and renumbers subsections in Chapter 87, Title 29 of the Delaware Code.

Distinguishes the state office from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to reduce public confusion.
