Increases the maximum number of retail alcoholic liquor licenses an individual or entity may hold or have an interest in from 2 to 3

Applies to licenses for off-premises consumption sales at restaurants, taprooms, hotels, stores, and other establishments

Covers both direct license holders and those with any financial, pecuniary, beneficial, management, supervisory, or other interest in retail licenses

Preserves grandfathering provisions for persons who acquired interests in more than the limit prior to April 1, 1992, allowing them to retain, use, and renew those licenses
