Changes appraisal management company license renewal from biennial (every two years) to annual renewal to streamline the renewal process for the Division of Professional Regulation.

Eliminates allowance for persons with revoked, denied, or suspended financial, real estate, or mortgage lending licenses to own more than 10% of an appraisal management company.

Prohibits appraisal management companies from removing appraisers from their panels without written notice of reasons, eliminating the current 60-day grace period exception for newly added appraisers to align with federal law.
