Amends § 502 of Title 7 (Delaware Code) to add a new subsection (h) creating a license exemption for veterans honorably discharged from the armed forces with at least 60% service-connected disability.

Veterans meeting the disability requirement may obtain hunting, trapping, and fishing licenses in Delaware without charge upon submission of written verification from the Veterans Administration.

Applies to persons certified by the Veterans Administration as having at least a 60% service-connected disability and honorable discharge status.

Replaces previous residency requirement language in subsection (h) with the new veteran disability exemption provision.
