HB 158 Summary

• Removes the restriction limiting brewery-pubs to brewing, bottling, and selling beer at no more than 3 other licensed establishments.

• Allows brewery-pubs to brew, bottle, and sell beer at an unlimited number of other brewery-pub locations under the same ownership or control.

• Permits brewery-pub licensees to make, bottle, and sell fermented or distilled alcoholic liquor on premises in addition to beer, subject to existing beer regulations and taxation requirements.

• Clarifies that brewery-pub licensees may have interests in affiliated suppliers, manufacturers, farm wineries, microbreweries, and craft distilleries, provided total domestic sales do not exceed federal limits under 27 C.F.R. Part 25, § 25.152(a)(2).
