Amends § 8062 of Title 29 of the Delaware Code to establish state electric vehicle charging infrastructure policy.

Permits state agencies that have installed electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) to make such equipment available for public and employee use at their discretion.

Allows agencies to charge fees for EVSE usage, provided fees are coordinated with the Office of Management and Budget and do not exceed the state's actual costs associated with operating the equipment.
