Raises the civil jurisdiction limit of the Justice of the Peace Court from $15,000 to $25,000 for common-law contract and tort actions.

Allows the $25,000 jurisdictional limit to be exceeded for monetary claims related to commercial lease disputes involving summary possession proceedings under Chapter 57 of Title 25.

Clarifies that interest accrued on claims within the court's jurisdiction may be added to judgments even if the total with interest exceeds the jurisdictional limit.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
