Increases the property damage threshold for mandatory police reporting of vehicular collisions from $500 to $2,000.

Raises the property damage amount requiring police agencies to investigate and complete the Uniform Traffic Collision Report from $1,000 to $2,000.

Maintains existing reporting requirements for collisions involving injury, death, or impaired drivers regardless of property damage amount.

Removes the previous automatic annual $100 adjustment mechanism that was set to continue until reaching a $1,500 maximum.

Aligns Delaware's reporting thresholds with other states and reflects legislative intent from 1997 to periodically increase the damage threshold.
