Establishes the Delaware Gun Shop Project as a statewide suicide prevention initiative, modeled after programs in at least 21 other states and originally developed by New Hampshire in 2009.

Requires the Delaware Suicide Prevention Coalition to oversee the Gun Shop Project and include annual reporting on its progress, with the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health providing staff support.

Mandates development of suicide prevention educational materials covering clinical signs of suicidal behavior and available prevention resources, to be distributed through written materials, online training courses, and gun shop point-of-sale locations.

Requires licensed deadly weapons dealers to make educational materials available to firearm purchasers and individuals applying for concealed deadly weapon permits, with materials also posted on the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health website.

Requires annual reporting to include the number of participating deadly weapons dealers and training attendees as part of the Coalition's annual report to the General Assembly and Governor.
