Allows microbreweries to share brewing equipment and facilities through an "Alternating Premises" arrangement where a Tenant Microbrewery can use a Host Microbrewery's equipment during specified times.

Requires Tenant Microbrewery to have a written agreement with Host Microbrewery, retain ownership of raw materials, and act as the actual brewer; compensation cannot be based on Tenant's profit and requires Commissioner approval.

Mandates Tenant Microbrewery obtain Federal TTB approval as an Alternating Premises and remove all product from Host location after brewing to store and sell at a separate Commissioner-approved location.

Allows Commissioner to suspend or revoke Tenant Microbrewery license if the Host suspends TTB approval or upon termination of the agreement between the two breweries.

Permits Tenant Microbrewery to lease storage space from Host Microbrewery for product storage, provided the location contains only Tenant's brands.
