Adds "Covid-19" to the definitions in Title 20, Chapter 31, defining it as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 or the disease caused by that virus.

Adds "mental health support personnel" definition to include psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and volunteer crisis counseling groups.

Creates new § 3144A providing civil immunity from damages or injury resulting from Covid-19 exposure on premises owned or operated by a person, or during activities managed by that person.

Limits Covid-19 immunity exceptions to willful misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm.

Clarifies that Covid-19 immunity does not modify workers' compensation, occupational health program requirements, or governmental immunity provisions under existing law.
