Updates experience requirements for surveyor intern licensure to recognize work performed under property line surveyors licensed in Maryland or equivalent licensed surveyors in other states as equivalent to Delaware experience.

Maintains existing qualification standards regarding administrative penalties, drug/alcohol impairment, criminal convictions (with waiver provisions), and disciplinary proceedings for licensure applicants.
