Eliminates the training wage exception that allowed employers to pay workers 18 years or older $0.50 less than minimum wage during their first 90 consecutive calendar days of employment, effective 90 days after enactment.

Eliminates the youth wage exception that allowed employers to pay workers under 18 years of age $0.50 less than the standard minimum wage, effective January 1, 2020.

Requires all workers to be paid the full minimum wage set forth in Delaware Code Title 19, Section 902(a) regardless of age or employment tenure following the effective dates.
