Clarifies language in Delaware child support law to allow direct deposit of child support payments collected by employers from obligors to the Division of Child Support Services or obligees.

Requires employers with 50 or more employees to remit child support payments to the Division of Child Support Services via electronic funds transfer and electronic data interchange at or before the time the employee is paid.

Permits employers with fewer than 50 employees to voluntarily remit payments through electronic funds transfer and electronic data interchange, with payments due at or before the time the employee is paid.

Changes payment remittance language from "by check or money order" to allow electronic payment methods while maintaining requirements to specify the obligor's name and Social Security number.

Becomes effective 90 days after enactment.
