Amend Delaware Code Title 7 § 508 to allow non-resident full-time students to obtain hunting, trapping, and fishing licenses at resident rates instead of nonresident rates.

Eligible students must be attending and registered for at least 12 credit hours per semester at a public or private postsecondary educational institution located in Delaware.

Students must provide written verification of eligibility through procedures specified by the Department when applying for licenses.

Nonresident license fees remain unchanged at $199.50 for general hunting, $75 for trapping, $20 for general fishing, and other specified rates for specialty licenses and tags.
