Commends students selected as Secretary of Education Scholars for 2019 from Delaware public high schools for distinguished academic achievement and leadership in statewide organizations.

Recognizes approximately 100 students from 25 school districts and state-chartered schools across Delaware, including public high schools, technical schools, and specialized academies.

Acknowledges the students' discipline, maturity, and diligence in developing their intellectual gifts and encourages all students to pursue full development.

Recognizes the contributions of Delaware educators and the support provided by families, friends, and neighbors to these students' accomplishments.
