Extends the final report deadline for the Local Service Functions Task Force from December 31, 2019 to April 30, 2020.

Task Force was established to examine laws regarding tax rates and expenditures for local service functions in New Castle County to ensure fairness, transparency, and accuracy.

Task Force has completed a final recommendation for fire protection contributions but requires additional time to finalize recommendations for other local service functions.

Task Force began meetings in September 2019 and has reviewed laws and procedures in other states to inform its work.
