Designates January 2020 as "Human Trafficking Awareness Month" in Delaware through concurrent resolution of the House and Senate.

Acknowledges that approximately 40 million people globally were victims of modern slavery in 2016, with 60,000 estimated victims currently in the United States.

Notes that victims of human trafficking are disproportionately women and girls, accounting for 99% of sexual slavery victims and 84% of forced marriage victims.

Recognizes that human trafficking generates billions of dollars in annual profit, making it the second most profitable form of transnational crime after drug trafficking.

Calls for increased public awareness to educate people about signs and consequences of human trafficking and to support prevention, victim identification, and prosecution efforts in Delaware.
