Proclaims June 25, 2020, as "Korean War Remembrance Day" in Delaware to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Korean War's start on June 25, 1950.

Recognizes the service and sacrifice of more than 5.7 million U.S. servicemen and servicewomen involved in the Korean War, including 54,246 dead and 103,284 wounded.

Notes that 20 United Nations member nations in addition to the United States and South Korea provided military forces under the UN military command, the only such command in UN history.

Requests the Governor issue a proclamation and urges state departments, agencies, organizations, and individuals to observe the day with appropriate ceremonies and fly the Delaware flag at half-staff on June 25, 2020.

Honors the restoration and preservation of South Korea's territorial integrity and independence through U.S. military efforts during the three-year conflict.
