Vacates the parkland dedication for Tax Parcel No. 19-009.00-011 (503 S. DuPont Road, Wilmington, Delaware), removing restrictions on non-parkland uses.

Property is approximately 0.30 acres of undeveloped land containing a portion of Little Mill Creek, zoned General Industrial and Highway Development.

New Castle County determined the property has limited utility as parkland due to its location in an established industrial park and neighboring businesses currently use the western portion for parking.

Removal of parkland status permits New Castle County to transfer the property in accordance with Title 9, § 1521(e) of Delaware law.

Resolution requires approval from the House of Representatives, Senate of the 150th General Assembly, and the Governor.
